Radiant Social Welfare Organization (RSWO) has been serving humanity since 2009.
We strive to fuel social change and empower underprivileged women by offering professional training through skill development programs. Our aim is to help and facilitate their journey toward professional independence.
Our efforts are education-based, facilitating classes and creating opportunities for women and youth (including men). We provide psychosocial and educational resources to support their growth.
The personal and professional consequences of reporting sexual harassment in the workplace often make it difficult for women to speak out. Fearing ostracization, many remain silent. To address this, we provide young girls with legal assistance and respond to requests from across the country.
Radiant Social Welfare Organization has been dedicated to serving humanity since 2009 and was formally registered in 2017. Our mission focuses on women’s empowerment, education, and health, with the goal of building stronger and more inclusive communities.
One of our key initiatives is “Aurat Ghar,” a shelter home that provides safety, support, and rehabilitation for vulnerable women, offering them protection, dignity, and opportunities to rebuild their lives.
We also work to provide women and young people with access to education, coding, and digital skills, promoting diversity and creating opportunities for a better future.
Through our continued efforts, we strive to empower individuals and uplift communities, working towards a more equitable and compassionate society.

We also recognize the challenges many women face, including workplace harassment and social barriers, and we strive to provide guidance, support, and legal assistance to those in need.
Our experiences working closely with vulnerable and homeless women inspired us to establish “Aurat Ghar,” a women’s shelter home, where women can find safety, protection, and the opportunity to rebuild their lives with dignity and respect.
